PI 25-14 Food Allergy Policy for Senior Nutrition Programs
This PI replaces and supersedes PI-10-11 which was issued to achieve compliance with mandatory food allergen awareness training requirements for retail food establishments. Since that time, there have been changes to the food allergy awareness guide. PI-25-14 addresses the following:
