Action Required: Update WellSky IP Whitelist Before April 4, 2026
As part of an upcoming WellSky network upgrade, some clients may need to update their firewall or IP whitelisting rules to ensure uninterrupted access to the WellSky Aging & Disability solution. This action is only required if your organization restricts outbound or inbound network traffic by IP address.
If your environment does not use IP-based whitelisting (for example, if traffic is unrestricted or controlled through other security methods), no changes may be necessary. Please share this information with your agency’s IT team as appropriate.
To ensure your services continue to run smoothly, please update your IP whitelist to include our new IP ranges before our scheduled network upgrade on April 4, 2026, at 9 pm ET. This upgrade will improve our network’s management and automation capabilities.
Key Actions
Add New IPs. Add the new IP ranges to your whitelist settings as soon as possible.
Retain Current IPs. Do not remove the current IP addresses until after the migration is successfully completed on April 4th.
Validate Connectivity. Before April 4th, please have your team test connectivity to ensure a seamless transition. You can test by browsing to https://48.194.79.90/.
